El-Sen Takes the Contract Signed with Aksa to the Supreme Administrative Court
El-Sen, the Electric Authority Employees' Union, has filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Administrative Court, arguing that the contract signed with Aksa is in violation of the tender specifications.
The Electric Authority Employees' Union (El-Sen) has taken the contract signed with Aksa to the Supreme Administrative Court, claiming that it is not in accordance with the tender specifications.
Ahmet Tuğcu, General Secretary of El-Sen, stated in a recent interview with Kıbrıs Postası that "the protocol regarding the electricity supply to Northern Cyprus via cable stated that the interconnector system would be bidirectional, while such expression is not included in the contract signed with Aksa."
