The Greek Cypriot newspaper Haravgi reported that Holguin continued her discussions with the negotiators of both sides yesterday following her meetings with them the previous day.

The newspaper, citing "information obtained," mentioned that Holguin's meeting with the Greek Cypriot negotiator Menelaos Menelau lasted for an hour and a quarter, stating that it was part of a briefing related to Holguin's first visit to Cyprus.

It was also noted that during the meeting, Holguin was briefed on technical committees.

Politist newspaper, in its article titled "Holguin is Currently Only Listening," reported that Maria Angela Holguin Cuellar, the Personal Representative of the UN Secretary-General, met with negotiators from both sides yesterday after her separate meetings with the leaders the previous Tuesday. The newspaper also mentioned that she met with representatives of civil society organizations.

The newspaper indicated that there is a possibility of Holguin holding new meetings with President Ersin Tatar and Greek Cypriot Leader Nikos Hristodulidis before leaving Cyprus, based on information from a close source. It suggested that the parties involved in the Cyprus issue are currently conducting a ground study before Holguin's intervention in the process and seeking clear statements from the parties regarding their approach to the Cyprus issue.

Politist evaluated that the pace of progress in finding a common ground for the resumption of negotiations would increase over time and with the presentation of the arguments to Holguin by the parties. The newspaper reiterated the possibility of Holguin having a second meeting with the leaders. However, it also noted that the possibility of a trilateral meeting between Holguin, President Tatar, and Greek Cypriot Leader Hristodulidis is unlikely, as President Tatar rejected such a scenario to avoid giving the impression that negotiations were resuming from where they left off in Crans Montana.
