Commenting on the citrus crisis, CTP MP Özuslu suggested that the citrus problem could be resolved through projects and efforts based on the Green Line Regulation.

Regarding the issue of citrus greening disease, Özuslu noted that while the insect causing the disease has been observed in South Cyprus, the disease itself has not been detected. He emphasized, "The insect can carry the disease, but there is no citrus greening disease in the TRNC."

Özuslu also highlighted the lack of any effort to address the drug shortage in the country, stating, "The problem of the citizens has not been solved, and nobody knows what they have solved."

Referring to the case of Turkish Cypriot lawyer Akan Kürşat, who is accused of dealing with Greek Cypriot properties and is currently detained in Italy, Özuslu remarked, "The situation faced by Akan Kürşat could happen to anyone using Greek Cypriot properties."

Özuslu emphasized the absence of any restrictions on property sales to foreigners, noting that the number of property sales exceeds the country's supply and demand, leading to suspicions of money laundering. He stated, "The inflated prices raise suspicions of black money."
