382 Foreign Nationals Granted Immovable Property Permits
By a decision of the TRNC Council of Ministers, immovable property permits have been granted to 382 foreign nationals.
he Council of Ministers has granted immovable property permits to a total of 382 foreign nationals, including 382 Turkish citizens and 17 citizens of third countries.
The decision, as published in the Official Gazette, reads as follows:
“The Council of Ministers has decided to grant the necessary permit to a total of 399 individuals, including 382 Turkish citizens and 17 citizens of third countries, whose names and details regarding the immovable property they wish to purchase are specified in the attached list, in accordance with the provisions of the Immovable Property Acquisition and Long-Term Leasing (Foreigners) Law No. 52/2008.”
