Legal Action Initiated Against 335 Drivers Exceeding Speed Limit!
During traffic inspections conducted by police teams yesterday, legal action was initiated against 335 drivers who exceeded the legal speed limit. A total of 2,172 vehicle drivers were inspected by police teams nationwide during traffic checks.
Of these, 335 were found to be driving at speeds exceeding the legal limit, 13 were found to be driving under the influence of alcohol, 3 were driving without a valid license and insurance, 20 were using a mobile phone while driving, 23 were not wearing seat belts, 32 were driving without proper registration, 7 were driving uninsured vehicles, 5 had obstructive window films on their vehicles, 1 failed to obey traffic lights, and 93 were reported for other traffic offenses, totaling 532 drivers who were reported and legal action initiated against them.
Additionally, 3 drivers were arrested during the inspections, and 50 vehicles were impounded from traffic.
