Fake diploma investigation: Serdal Gündüz's first preliminary hearing on June 5
Following the fake diploma investigation conducted at the Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University (KSTU), Serdal Gündüz, who was arrested and sent to prison for two months, will have his first preliminary hearing on June 5.
Serdal Gündüz, the director and one of the shareholders of KSTU, was brought before the Güzelyurt District Court today as part of the investigation conducted by the Financial Crimes Department of the General Directorate of Police in Güzelyurt.

The court has ordered the first preliminary hearing for the case to be held on Wednesday, June 5.
CHARGES AGAINST SERDAL GÜNDÜZ
Serdal Gündüz faces charges of "Fraudulent bank payment order," "Money laundering," "Forging and circulating fake documents," "Fraud," and "Obtaining money through deception."
