He emphasized that the state and government, together with Turkey, are capable of countering all attempts against the Turkish Cypriots with determination and consistency.

Üstel's statement includes the following points:

"The recent pressure and intimidation policies by the Greek Cypriot Administration, targeting individuals regarding property issues, are clear examples of their strategy to undermine the economy of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) through isolation and politically motivated legal processes.

These events reveal the insincerity of the Greek Cypriot Administration, which speaks of peace, improved relations, and continuing federation negotiations.

The necessity for national unity and solidarity, as often emphasized by our government and the President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, has never been more critical.

Those who persist in not recognizing the rightful role of Turkish Cypriots as a founding constituent should now see that the only solution lies in a new vision based on sovereign equality and equal international status.

The Immovable Property Commission, recognized by the European Court of Human Rights as an effective legal remedy, continues to function despite Greek Cypriot leadership's attempts to hinder it.

Since taking office, our government has prioritized ensuring the commission operates effectively within international legal standards. Through new funds and resources, approximately £70 million in compensation has been paid for many undisputed cases by the end of 2020. We continue to resolve ongoing cases swiftly with the resources created through political stability and determination.

However, the Greek Cypriot leadership's efforts to politicize property and legal matters by targeting individuals in court are unacceptable.

We condemn these actions against individuals acting in accordance with the property regime, which aligns with international law and the European Convention on Human Rights, as they constitute human rights violations.

The TRNC and its people will not be intimidated by such policies, just as they have not been in the past. Those who believe that the policies imposed by the Greek Cypriot Administration and its allies will subdue the TRNC and Turkish Cypriots are gravely mistaken.

We call on the international community once again. The Turkish Cypriots, who have always sincerely supported UN solution plans and whose offers of peace and friendship have been repeatedly rejected by the Greek Cypriots, will continue to resist the human rights violations and isolation imposed by the Greek Cypriot Administration with rightful determination and strength.

A permanent solution in Cyprus can be achieved by addressing the current realities on the island, not by trying to subdue the Turkish Cypriots. Our people should remain assured that our state and government, alongside Turkey, are once again ready to counter all attempts against the Turkish Cypriots with stability and determination. The TRNC and Turkish Cypriots, in cooperation with Motherland Turkey, will undoubtedly succeed in this cause."
