Four Individuals Declared Prohibited Immigrants

The Council of Ministers has declared four individuals as "prohibited immigrants," as announced in the Official Gazette. This decision follows a security report from the General Directorate of Police.

Four Individuals Declared Prohibited Immigrants

Based on this report, the Council of Ministers declared the following individuals as prohibited immigrants under Section 6, Paragraph 1(g) of the Immigration and Alien Act (Chapter 105):

  1. Yahya Ezer: Born on September 3, 2001, and of Turkish nationality, Ezer was declared a prohibited immigrant due to behaviors that could endanger public order, administrative order, or general morality, or incite hostility among the people or against the state.

  2. Saim Kurucu: Born on December 1, 1960, and also of Turkish nationality, Kurucu was declared a prohibited immigrant for similar reasons as Ezer, based on the potential threats posed to public order and state security.

  3. Felat Baver Taşçıer: Born on August 16, 1989, Taşçıer is wanted by the Turkish authorities for crimes including fraud, theft, and insult using information systems. His actions are deemed to pose a threat to public order and morality, leading to his declaration as a prohibited immigrant.

  4. Diren Düzgün: Born on January 18, 1993, Düzgün is wanted for drug trafficking and possession for use. His criminal activities and the potential threat they pose to public order and state security have resulted in his declaration as a prohibited immigrant.

The decisions were made after thorough consideration of all findings and evidence. The individuals' behaviors are considered to pose significant risks to public order, administrative order, general morality, and the state's authority and power.
