Prof. Dr. Aygün Attar, who also serves as the President of the Turkey-Azerbaijan Friendship Cooperation and Solidarity Foundation (TADIV), emphasized the importance of Turkic states coming together and engaging in joint political and cultural diplomacy activities.

Attar expressed gratitude to all those who contributed to the journey that began with the Nakhchivan Agreement, highlighting the critical importance of the Karabakh victory, achieved through the joint efforts of Turkey and Azerbaijan, for the unity of the Turkic world.

According to Anadolu Agency, Prof. Dr. Aygün Attar mentioned the upcoming informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States (TDT) in Shusha, Azerbaijan, where they expect significant news about the TRNC's membership in the TDT and its recognition by other Turkic states.

Attar underscored the importance of think tanks providing valuable resources to politicians, emphasizing the role of guiding rather than directing politics.
