High Temperatures Expected Through August 9.
According to the Meteorological Department's forecast for August 3-9, the region will remain under the influence of a low-pressure system with hot and relatively humid air masses.
The weather is expected to be mostly clear with a few clouds. The highest temperatures will range from 37 to 40 degrees Celsius inland and from 33 to 36 degrees Celsius along the coasts.
Winds will generally blow from the south and west at moderate strength, occasionally reaching strong levels.
