Hot and Humid Weather to Continue
The Meteorological Department has announced that the hot and humid weather is expected to persist in the coming days, with temperatures potentially rising up to 42 degrees Celsius.
According to the weather forecast report for August 17 – 23, the region will remain under the influence of a low-pressure system combined with a warm and relatively humid air mass.
The weather is anticipated to be mostly clear with occasional clouds throughout the week.
Temperatures are expected to reach between 39 and 42 degrees Celsius inland, while coastal areas will experience temperatures ranging from 34 to 37 degrees Celsius. Winds are projected to be moderate, generally coming from the south and west, with occasional strong gusts.
