Expressing his satisfaction with the event, Taçoy highlighted the important role of volunteer organizations within civil society. He stated that his candidacy is not just for the position of party leader and prime minister but marks the beginning of UBP's journey to establish long-term power.

"UBP Needs a Leader Who Will Bring Sole Power"

Taçoy stressed that UBP’s rightful place is as the sole governing party. Reminding attendees that UBP has not governed alone since the 2009 elections, he set the goal of achieving this in the next election. He criticized attempts to portray coalition governments as success and warned that UBP supporters will not be misled. “On September 21, they will put an end to the so-called stability story and start UBP's march to sole power," he declared.

Taçoy concluded by stating that while some may be content with remaining in coalitions, UBP deserves to govern on its own. He emphasized the need for a leader who can guide the party towards achieving this goal.
