Helin's Grieving Mother: "I Want Justice, I Want Life Imprisonment Without Parole!"
Zişan Reessur Saltukhan, the heartbroken mother of 16-year-old Zehie Helin Reessur, who was tragically murdered on January 25, 2023, in İskele, has made a plea for justice, demanding life imprisonment without parole for the perpetrator.
Taking to social media, Saltukhan expressed her anguish, saying, "Have you forgotten so quickly? My 16-year-old child was murdered; it was not fate, not an accident... it was murder... a brutal murder! I want justice, I want life imprisonment without parole."
She continued, "My child’s dreams and hopes were stolen from her. We have not forgotten, we will not forget, and we will not let this be forgotten!"
