In a written statement, Baybora argued that the political, economic, and cultural decay in the country is increasing daily, leading to social regression. He stated, “Poor governance is one of the main factors contributing to social decline.”

He pointed out that citizens' main concerns revolve around making ends meet and rising living costs. Baybora noted that income inequality, exacerbated by high inflation, has reduced citizens' purchasing power and increased poverty.

Baybora expressed that the wage adjustments for workers have eroded due to price hikes in goods and services before the implementation of cost-of-living adjustments and minimum wage increases for private and public sector employees.

He emphasized that the recent increase in electricity prices would lead to higher prices for goods and services in the market, thereby reducing citizens' purchasing power and furthering poverty. Baybora criticized the claims of some businesspeople and capitalists that “minimum wage increases contribute to inflation and the cost of living,” asserting that such statements lack economic analysis and statistical backing.

Baybora stated that the conditions for reducing high inflation depend on the implementation of orthodox economic policies, highlighting the need for political will and stability to execute these policies. He alleged that the government lacks both the will and capability to do so.
