30 Vehicles Banned from Traffic
Traffic teams conducted inspections across the country yesterday, resulting in 30 vehicles being banned from the roads. During the traffic checks, a total of 1,958 drivers were examined, and 362 drivers were reported for various traffic violations.
According to the Police Press Bulletin, the reported traffic offenses are as follows:
- 186 for speeding over the legal limit
- 20 for using a mobile phone while driving
- 20 for driving an unregistered vehicle
- 9 for driving under the influence of alcohol
- 6 for failing to obey traffic signals
- 5 for driving without a seatbelt
- 3 for driving an uninsured vehicle
- 1 for riding without a helmet
- 1 for driving without a license
- 111 for other traffic offenses.
