The ruling, delivered by the Kyrenia Assize Court, was announced by the presiding judge, Banu Soyer, with unanimous agreement from Senior Judge Mine Ozankaya and Judge Temay Sağer.

The case, stemming from an artificial intelligence-driven drug operation, involved the use of social media and AI for the distribution of narcotics. Pakholvhak's residence was raided on February 6, 2023, where authorities found large quantities of drugs, including mephedrone, magic mushrooms, and cannabis products.

Following investigations and surveillance footage, Alıstratov and Ruslan were arrested for their involvement in the drug trade. The court highlighted the larger role Pakholvhak played, leading to his harsher sentence, while the other two received lighter sentences due to smaller quantities of drugs found in their possession.
