Erhürman: The Tragicomedy in Parliament Continues
Leader of the Republican Turkish Party (CTP), Tufan Erhürman, described the ongoing situation in the Parliament as a "tragicomedy." Speaking at the Parliament, Erhürman stated, "Unfortunately, the tragicomedy in Parliament continues."
He highlighted that while Parliament Speaker Zorlu Töre had announced that the Parliament would convene on Monday, none of the UBP MPs were aware of this, saying, "We have not received any official notification either."
Erhürman noted that the session was expected to start at noon today, with Speaker Töre expected to open the Parliament, adding, "Yet some still expect this structure, which calls itself a government, to manage the country."
Emphasizing that the entire country is fed up, Erhürman concluded, "A game is being played that none of us can understand."
