Republican Assembly General Assembly to Convene Tomorrow
According to an announcement from the Assembly, the session is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Ünal Üstel left the Assembly through another exit without making a statement to the journalists waiting by his official vehicle.
Assembly Speaker Zorlu Töre announced that the General Assembly, originally scheduled to convene on Monday, October 21, to discuss the presidential election agenda, will now meet tomorrow. Töre explained the change, stating:
"Due to the passing of our relative, retired commander Ali Bozdağlı, to allow for the autopsy procedures and to accommodate the earthquake committee's participation in the ISIAS hearing in Adıyaman, the session will be held tomorrow."
