The case involving the Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University (KSTU) was postponed to November 22, with defendants remaining in custody. General Secretary and shareholder Serdal Gündüz, International Office Manager Amir Shakerifard, and assistant Berk Özbek appeared before the Nicosia High Criminal Court.
Presiding Judge Füsun Cemaller adjourned the case to Friday, November 22, and ruled for the continued detention of the accused.
The defendants face charges including "Obtaining Money by Fraud," "Fraud," "Forgery and Circulation of Forged Documents," "Fraudulent Accounting," "Money Laundering," "Inciting the Issuance of a False Bank Payment Order," and "Employee Theft."
