Azerbaijani Parliament Speaker Gafarova Congratulates Öztürkler
The Speaker of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan, Sahiba Gafarova, congratulated Ziya Öztürkler on his election as the Speaker of the Republic of Cyprus Parliament.
In her congratulatory message, Gafarova expressed her belief that cooperation within the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States and other international parliamentary organizations would be strengthened.
