In a unanimous decision, the council reprimanded Gündem Kıbrıs, Mağusa Haber Ajansı, Kıbrıs Dakik, Kıbrıs Son Dakika, and Ada TV for their actions.

In a written statement, the council criticized the outlets for prioritizing "views and popularity over ethical standards" by refusing to remove the footage, despite being publicly urged to do so the previous night.

The council had previously called on the same outlets to take down the video, emphasizing the importance of respecting ethical broadcasting principles.
