71 Traffic Accidents Last Week: One Dead, 26 Injured

Of the 71 accidents, one was fatal, 19 resulted in injuries, and 51 caused property damage. The total estimated damage from these accidents was reported as 5,132,006 TL.

• Failing to stop at an intersection: 24 cases
• Tailgating: 2 cases
• Other causes: 1 case

Traffic Inspections and Violations

During the same period, police conducted traffic inspections across the country, checking 14,682 drivers. A total of 2,644 drivers were reported for violations, and legal action was initiated against them.
