UN Invites President Tatar to Cyprus Talks in Geneva

An official invitation from United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres for the informal Cyprus meeting in Geneva has reached President Ersin Tatar.

Tatar confirmed receiving the invitation on the afternoon of March 2, detailing the schedule for the meeting. The informal discussions will begin on March 17 with a dinner, followed by bilateral talks on March 18, and a broader meeting at the UN Centre in Geneva in the afternoon.
Tatar also noted the Secretary-General's assurance that the final program will be shared once confirmed.
Additionally, President Tatar announced he will meet with the UK Minister for Europe and North America, Stephen Doughty, on Friday.
