35-Year-Old Ali Minnoş Dies in Motorcycle Crash
A fatal traffic accident in Minareliköy claimed the life of 35-year-old Ali Minnoş, who was riding as a passenger on a motorcycle. The crash occurred at around 9:15 p.m. on Şht. Mehmet Emin Street.
According to a statement from the Police Press Office, the accident happened when Fırat Atamtürk (37), who was riding a motorcycle with license plate ZD 122 in a northerly direction, lost control while navigating a left-hand curve. The vehicle veered off the road and collided with the garden wall of a residence.
Ali Minnoş died at the scene, while the motorcycle’s driver, Fırat Atamtürk, sustained injuries and was taken to Nicosia Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital, where he remains under treatment.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
